Booking conditions – Cabins

Year-round cabins/self-catering cabins

Semi-detached cabins located in the northern part of the campsite next to the railway line.

The cabin is 25 m2 and has a sleeping loft of 10 m2 (2 beds). Living room with kitchen, sofa bed (2 beds) and TV. Separate bedroom on the ground floor (2 beds) and toilet and shower. Full kitchen equipment incl. coffee maker.

A south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture. Vehicles are parked at the cabin. Blankets and pillows are available in the cabin. A barbecue is available to borrow. Cleaning equipment is available in the cabin.

Number of beds: 6 (4 single beds + 1 sofa bed)

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Pets are not allowed (except if you have booked a cabin for this).

Final cleaning must be done by the guest at the end of the stay (final cleaning can be purchased for an additional fee).

Bed linen should be brought from home, sleeping bags are not allowed (bed linen is also available for a fee).

Check-in at 3:00 PM.
Check-out at 11:00 AM.

Camping cabins

Cabins of varying sizes with the basic equipment of 2 bunk beds, table, chairs & refrigerator. Some are equipped for simple cooking. Toilets, showers and kitchen are in the service building. Electric heating. Terrace with outdoor furniture.

Camping cabin 2 – 10 m2. Number of beds: 4
Cabin with 2 bunk beds, table, chairs. A mini kitchen with refrigerator, hotplates, hot and cold water, equipped for simple cooking, crockery, glasses, cutlery, etc. Electric heating. Terrace with outdoor furniture.

Camping cabin 3 – 14 m2. Number of beds: 4 + 1 extra bed
Cabin with 2 bunk beds, table, chairs. A mini kitchen with refrigerator, hot plates, hot and cold water, equipped for simple cooking, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. Electric heating. Terrace with outdoor furniture.

Payment

The cabin must be paid in full no later than 40 days before arrival. When booking is made more than 40 days before arrival, you can choose to pay directly at the time of booking or via invoice no later than 40 days before arrival (an invoice fee of 85 SEK will be added). When booking closer to 40 days before arrival, the booking must be paid directly at the time of booking.

Payment to bank account: 523-5387 LADAB. See invoice if this choice has been made.

Mark the payment with the booking number/invoice number and/or name.

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without further notice.

Cancellation protection

Cancellation protection costs 300 SEK/cabin and must be paid at the time of booking or when the invoice is due if you have chosen that option. Cancellation protection is linked to a cabin.

By signing up for cancellation protection, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the day of arrival, without any other fee than an administration fee of 150 SEK + the cancellation protection fee of 300 SEK, provided that any of the following events have occurred:

• Death, illness or accident of a serious nature that has affected you, your spouse, partner, your or your spouse’s/partner’s children, siblings or fellow traveler.
• A serious event has occurred outside your control, such as extensive fire or water damage to your home, which means that it is not reasonable to ask you to continue with your booking.
• Call-up to the armed forces or civil defense.
• You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from a doctor, authority or insurance company. Certificates received later than seven (7) days after the cancellation date will not be considered.
• In the event of a cancellation, the cost of the paid cancellation protection and any handling fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be made verbally or in writing (telephone or email), and must be made by the person who made the booking or whose name is registered on the booking.

Cancellation earlier than 40 days before arrival:

• The entire rental amount is refunded incl. any cancellation protection. If payment has been made.

Cancellation later than 40 days from arrival:

• Without cancellation protection: 10% of the rental amount is refunded.
• With cancellation protection: The entire rental amount is refunded excl. cancellation protection and a cancellation fee of 300 SEK. Total 600 SEK. This applies until the day before arrival.

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the rental amount is NOT refunded.
Cancellation protection is NOT refunded when the 40-day limit has been exceeded.
Invoicing fee is NOT refunded.

It is not permitted to have your postal address or any registration with the authorities at the campsite.
